A modern carrier with long traditions

With a history dating back to 1917, Litra is today one of Norway’s oldest transport companies. Through over 100 years of continuous development, we have accumulated experience that few others in our industry can surpass.

Litra AS is a consolidation and continuation of the traditional Gausdal Bilselskap AS and Lillehammer Ringsaker Bilruter AS, as well as several other purchased and merged transporters in recent years. From offering transportation services within a limited geographical area, Litra today carries out various types of transport assignments all over the country.

In addition to a comprehensive fleet of our own trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers, Litra has ongoing collaboration agreements with other carriers. This gives us a large total capacity, and we thus have the opportunity to perform even the largest and most demanding assignments.
